Is Medhelp a health plan?No. Medhelp is a loyalty card from the Medstation clinic network. With it, you have access to telemedicine and in-person consultations, exams and procedures at a discount.

I already have health insurance, why have a Medhelp card?The Medhelp card will provide you with care from Brazilian doctors in the USA. There are often difficulties with the language and the way of service. Furthermore, depending on the co-participation or deductibles that your plan has, it may be cheaper to take the exams using the Medhelp card.

How long is the Medhelp card valid?The contract is for one year (360 days), with automatic renewal.

Can I include dependents?Yes. The card can be individual or can include dependents.

When can I have telemedicine consultations?Telemedicine consultations are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just access the link to access the tool.

Where in the US can I have a telemedicine consultation?You can make telemedicine appointments from anywhere in the US. There are no space restrictions.

Where are the Medstation clinics?Medstation's network of clinics is located in the state of Florida. For in-person consultations, you need to go to the nearest unit to your location.

I don't want to take out the card, but if I need to go to the clinic network for care, will I pay more?Yes. The purpose of the card is to provide customers with service at reduced prices. These values will only be available to Medhelp Card beneficiaries.

I am no longer using the Medhelp card, can I transfer it to someone else?No. The card is non-transferable.

I closed the contract, when will I receive the card?The Card will be sent to the registered email within 24 hours. From now on, you can now use your Medhelp card.

Are telemedicine and in-person consultations carried out by a general practitioner?Yes, we are a primary care clinic. Primary care is focused on consultations, exams and minor accidents of less complexity. If there is a need for specialist care, we will make a referral. It is up to the patient to seek the specialist of their choice.
